Lunarlume is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by the Mocap Live mobile app.

Information Collection and Use

Mocap Live is an augmented reality (AR) application that utilizes Apple’s ARKit technology to provide its services. The app leverages ARKit for motion data to enhance user experience.

ARKit, TrueDepth, and Motion Data: We use ARKit and TrueDepth features of the iPhone to access motion data from your device to facilitate the augmented reality features of Mocap Live. This data is processed on your device and is not collected, stored, or shared by Lunarlume or affiliates in any form. The use of ARKit and TrueDepth is solely to provide and improve the in-app experience and is fully compliant with Apple’s privacy standards. All information that is utilized is sent directly to your Mocap Live plugin on your installation of Daz Studio and only contains ARKit expressions. You can view the full content of this information in the Daz Studio Mocap Live plugin when you save .mocap files.

No User Data Collection: Mocap Live does not collect, store, or share any personal data of its users. Your interactions with the app remain anonymous and private. We do not require user accounts, and no personal information is needed to use the app.

Children’s Privacy

Our application does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
